26 December 2017 a day after Christmas, some countries such as UK and USA will celebrate "Boxing Day", it is nothing to do with sport of boxing. Boxing day relates to a day when everything goes on sale, people are like 'mad people' queue all along just to wait for the shops to open. As for me, after four days off from the office, quite a little bit slow to go to office. Despite that I have been working on my final piece of work from HOME!

Flying is enjoyable but it can also be scary as the plane might shake a little bit, which drive you crazy and thinking, oh this is the end of the day. with two planes involving Malaysian Airlines, the tragic case of two air crafts, will be remembered by Malaysian. Our doa and prayers for them.

School holiday started earlier for the secondary students. How to time flies and it is going to be two weeks before the school begins. New chapter for the school students. The courage to start a new semester is still not around, for me, as a mother. Less traffic jams and less rushing here and there. How do I really induldge the school vacation. Despite my tight schedule, I managed to bring the kids to visit Surabaya ( it was work and play visit), Singapore and a short vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Despite that we just stay in the hotel's room. I guess we are thankful for the opportunity given. Ya Allah, shower us with your blessings.

December comes again. Alhamdulillah, despite the tight schedule, I managed to escape for short vacation. Looking forward for another short vacation. A short stay in a hotel is suffice for my little girl. She admires her stay in a comfortable hotel, especially with large swimming pool. Oh I am indulged with short break! May it boosts energy and spirit in the next journey.

Alhamdulillah, syukur for giving me the opportunity to witness some of my students who graduated today. Mabruk! Congratulations and "Tahniah" from your guru who is not perfect and still have many things to learn.

Despite the November rain, alhamdulillah, we managed to travel to Surabaya and Singapore, sincere thanks to Kak KC for the company and baby sitting the kids. We missed travelling and we love travelling. Insya Allah, hopefully time permits more travelling after this. 2018 be kind to us!

Syukur alhamdulillah, today marked the fourth of Syawal. How time flies. The first day of Syawal, after visiting my late husband's kubur, we visit my sister's parents in law which happened to be nearby in Bangi and Semenyih. It was in the second day of Syawal that we visited my 'nenek' i.e. grandma who is in Taman Daya, Johor Bahru. The house was full with visitors. We stayed in M SUites Hotel, which was a dream to my little daughter- to stay in a hotel. The third day we went to visit my 'nenek saudara' in Parit Jerman, Pontian, great time great day- silaturahim! Despite that my beloved one is no longer here in this world, our doa and prayers will always with him.

The sad thing about this ramadan is when the Middle East Countries are not in good relationship. May Allah guides us in getting his blessings. Muslims must be united.

This picture was captured in 2015. I felt so small surrounded by well known Muslim scholars. May this ramadan brings the best and make us closer to Allah. Al fatihah.

Masya Allah, how time flies, I have been updating another blog created just to share some of my stories during sabbatical. Tomorrow, it will be 1 Syaaban, which means 1 month before Ramadan. Alhamdulillah. May we reach the blessed month of Ramadan. Insya Allah.
