Challenging years ahead! Ahlan Wa Sahlan 2014

Since I came back for good in January 2009, life in Malaysia, has been full of surprises. Surprise to see many things change. You even now can easily meet with obese people while walking in the malls or almost everywhere. Even when you go back to kampung, you can meet obese people. What happened? It was difficult to meet obese people. But perhaps, due to our easy access to foods and drinks, life is getting better. Lack of physical activities might also contribute to this. My second surprise is the hiking prices of goods, foods and etc. I still remember my first visit to Plaza Low Yatt, I need to go the loo, and the charge was RM and not cents. That was back in 2004. I am not sure nowadays. Masya Allah. With almost everything is going up, petrol, electricity, water,etc, my doa is that we are strong enough to witness the wind of change. This goes back on how smart do you manage your income. My doa also is that while everything goes up, my iman and faith also will go up. Insya Allah, Ya Rabb. Solat early on time. Sabr (Patience) in facing day to day challenge. Be firm on whatever you pursue as at the end of the day, tawakkal on whatever you do. Surprise and surprise. Tomorrow will be 2014. Good bye 2013. Five years back..

looking back for the past five years, it has been a fulfilling years. Blessed with two kids, a boy and a girl, alhamdulillah. After all, it has been an enjoyable process with the kids. Not to say, there has been also ups and downs of being a mama. It can tests your limits sometimes and often I feel I really need to improve for their future.

January 2023

 Alhamdulillah, syukur ke hadrat Nya, dengan izin Mu jua, dipanggil untuk pembentangan akhir Kajian Halatuju Pengajian Undang-undang di Malaysia. Bersama-sama wakil Dekan Undang-undang, Professor Madya Dr Hartini Saripan, Dekan FUU, UiTM, penyelidik bersama, Dr Noor Dzuhaidah serta wakil Dr. H, Dr Ambikai Taylor dan data analisis, Cik Umi, kami sama-sama membentangkan pandangan dan dapatan hasil penyelidikan. Perbincangan santai-santai saja sahaja pada awalnya, ini kerana Dato Ketua Pengarah hanya mempunyai masa 30 minit saja sebelum bertemua Y. B Menteri. Syukur alhamdulillah, pelbagai isu didengar. Wakil-wakil penilai seperti MQA, Talent Corp, Majlis Peguam dan Pengarah LPQB banyak memberikan input dan pandangan. Semoga ianya menjadi titik tolak kepada perubahan ke arah Pengajian Undang-undang yang lebih telus dan sistematik. Doakan!
